Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Trudex is operated by Adamson Group LLC (“Trudex”, “we”). This policy says what we collect when you use the Trudex website or its MCP server at trudex.dev, and what we do with it. The business records Trudex serves come from public Texas state datasets; this policy is about you as a user of Trudex.

1. Your account

You need an account only for a token or for signing in from an AI client. Sign-in is run by Clerk, which holds your email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. We ask Google only for your basic profile and email address. For each token you create we keep its name, its first characters and a one-way hash of it, never the token itself.

2. Calls to Trudex

For each call we record:

When a lookup finds nothing, we also record the text of that lookup so we can find gaps in our coverage. We keep call records for 90 days, then delete them.

3. The website

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. Clerk sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

4. How we use it

Only to run Trudex: to sign you in, enforce usage limits, keep the service secure, fix problems, and decide what to improve, from totals across all users. We do not sell or rent any of it, use it for advertising, or share it except with the providers below.

5. Who processes it for us

They are located in the United States. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Your choices

You can revoke tokens at any time on your account page. You can ask us to delete your account at support@trudex.dev; deleting it removes your tokens and your call records. You can also ask what we hold about you.

7. Children

Trudex is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may change this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
